Punching Station:
All metal punching operations are processed by meas of hydraulic power, thus giving the machine the ability to punch very efficiently and silently. The machine can either be used to punch thick metal or  thin materials layered together.       The punching table consists of two parts:the first is the punching flange, the second is the holder. The Holder is a device that prevents the material from coming back with the punch after cutting. There are different holders for different materials.
Flat Bar Cutting
The machines are fitted as standard with blades for cutting round and square bars, with the extra device, the machines are able to cut, in this aperture, channel, joist, T-section and many other special profiles.
Angle Cutting
Blades are four sided and easily installed and rotated. Easy adjustable hold down provides for proper clamping of the material while it is being sheared.

Notching Stations
This station comes standard with rectangular notching baldes which allow side notching, therefore allowing nothing of unlimited widths. V-Notching blades can easily be installed and are available as an option. Other optional devices include tube notching. It is also possible to convert this station to a punching or bending station. A large feed and worktable with gauging stops helps speed up repetitive type of work and ease material handling
